This website (rsvnedir.org) is operated by the Association for the Promotion of Healthy Living and Health Policies ("the Association"), which is the data controller for the purposes of the KVKK.

rsvnedir.org does not collect personal data from visitors through membership, forms or account creation. There is no contact form, comment section or newsletter sign-up on the site.

The following data relating to use of the site may however be processed:

• Transaction security and traffic data: IP address (in shortened/anonymised form), browser and device type, operating system, screen resolution, language preference.
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on page, referring source, approximate location (country/city level).

No special categories of personal data (including health data) are collected or processed. No inference about any health condition is drawn from the pages a visitor reads.

The data above are processed to operate the site securely, resolve technical problems, measure content performance and improve site structure.

Legal bases:

• For strictly necessary (technical) cookies and server logs: KVKK Art. 5/2(f) — legitimate interest of the data controller.
• For analytics/statistical cookies: KVKK Art. 5/1 — explicit consent. These cookies are not run unless you consent.

Google Analytics 4 is used for analytics measurement. Anonymised usage data may accordingly be transferred to servers of the service provider, Google LLC, located outside Türkiye. Such transfer takes place on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. IP anonymisation (anonymize_ip) is enabled.

Your personal data are not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes, except where required to meet legal obligations.

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to apply to the data controller and:

• learn whether your personal data are being processed,
• request information if they have been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used accordingly,
• know the third parties to whom data are transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• request correction where data are incomplete or inaccurate,
• request erasure or destruction,
• request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data were transferred,
• object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation where you suffer loss through unlawful processing.
